Dude, there's nothing "painful" I have mentioned nothing about "pain" but for whatever reason people thought it was "pain" that was preventing me to pin and that I was too pussy to pin. I guess they didn't really read my post thoroughly.
I pin right in the middle of my ass cheek and it's getting more difficult because of my tris and lats get in the way when i twist around no BS. I'm not "bragging" I'm big if people are gonna take it wrong, I just want some helpful advice so this cycle can be successful.
I guess I'll do some research on delts. Like I mentioned, my knee swelling prevented me from leg workouts for weeks and it was frustrating because I couldve put on more mass while I'm on cycle. I wanna pin it right so I can avoid being off from gym due to incorrect pinning.
