How do you pin your glutes successfully when your lats and tris get in your ways?

I use a one inch needle on this one. I normally have a buddy do it for me but I sometimes have to do it myself. If this dude is really that big though I'm sure he could use a 1.5 inch needle on the shoulder lol.
 
Dude, there's nothing "painful" I have mentioned nothing about "pain" but for whatever reason people thought it was "pain" that was preventing me to pin and that I was too pussy to pin. I guess they didn't really read my post thoroughly.

I pin right in the middle of my ass cheek and it's getting more difficult because of my tris and lats get in the way when i twist around no BS. I'm not "bragging" I'm big if people are gonna take it wrong, I just want some helpful advice so this cycle can be successful.




I guess I'll do some research on delts. Like I mentioned, my knee swelling prevented me from leg workouts for weeks and it was frustrating because I couldve put on more mass while I'm on cycle. I wanna pin it right so I can avoid being off from gym due to incorrect pinning.

I would give the delts a try. You'll probably love it. I pin delts as much as possible. Anyway, for your ass....split your ass cheek into 4 quadrants and hit the upper outer quadrant. Sounds like youre not pinning lateral enough, you can also put your thumb on the iliac crest (hip bone) and rotate your pointer finger around and it should naturally stop right in the area u need to pin...hope this helps.
