How does rep power work?

The more reps you have, the more your reps or neg reps are worth

many people give reps to someone who has given them an answer or help to something they needed , could be help on a post or post about something , so this way when u see someone with many reps , there is a good chance it is because he probably has helped alot of people , alot of people are repping his replys , and is more than likely a knowledgeable guy worth taking advice from and listening to . has a bit of experience of what he is talking about under his belt, thats how i take it

Rep power is measured by your One Rep Max or ORM. The stronger you get the stronger your rep power is.

When you get repped you get points.

Every rep is I believe 3points.

Every 100 points you get 1green bar.
