it depends on the training you do. 25rep max until muscular failure with 1minute rests can be done for longer than any option in the poll. more muscle you have means more time in the gym with the above exercise mentioned. you know when you are finished by the time you hit poop and when you hit poop, it hits you almost immediatly. so basically there is no such thing as a poll on how long individuals work out for since the intensity and volume determine the diffrence on how long it takes to hit poop, if that is the goal of your training that is.
