How Long Do I Need To Eat After Training

ok you cant clean bulk in my opinion...but you can stay around the same weight and achieve muscle maturity....maybe eat a little over maintanance... and what suareezy posted was a link to how long protein synthesis occurs...protein synthesis is the most important part of fitness you retard... go back to bodybuilding.com and stop waisting space.

Clean bulking??? I guess you mean your eating healthy foods and staying away from surgar and saturated fats??? The most important time to eat is 30min after working out. Just eat a meal or a protien shake. Have goal on your day and keep it the same each day like shoot for #g's of protien or Calories. I have to say this post is pretty fucking funny... :druggie:
 
i did clean bulking and look at me now. throughout my whole bulking diet i gained about 16 lbs and you could see every muscle curve in my body.

Guess what?

I wasn't bulking, dieting, or anything. I trained my biceps really hard two weeks ago, and they won't repair. What should I do?
 
you come on here for advice, people try to give it to you and you tell them to basically go fuck themselves.

How about this, if its so damn important to you and you have several guys that compete and you still wont take their advice, go to a damn specialist. end of story. stop waisting bandwith on here with your bitching and moaning about who is what.
