trying to get rid for this last bit of bloat man, ive been using it since last wed so i was wondering how long for it to take. you guys have no idea how crazy my mom is lol i see her like 2-3 time a year and if im bloated she goes off bc she knows what im doing. im not bloated bad bc my diet is on but its noticable to the woman who raised you, know what i mean. hey also thanks for the fast service man!

letro , adex , etc. does nothing for existing estrogen , it does prevent/limit future conversion of test to estrogen . your body will have to process the estrogen allready present . limit salt intake and consider a over the counter water pill to shed some water before showing your face to mom .

letro dose pass through the cell membrain it will reduce the bloat. But I would use ephridine to get the water off in a day or 2

i was thinking about that, there must be something to reduce overall levels of estrogen instead of just waiting for the body to process it out. even though i have some left, i havent tried letro. im post-cycle for 9 weeks already still see some bloat in the face/neck. still havent recovered.

i heard of caffeine reducing water but not all of it. does ephedrine reduce all of it? the stuf makes me feel nervous and paranoid and anxious.

up your water intake and try some green tea man. a couple of cups a day will suck you dry.

i have the extract. i take up to 3 caps a day. i drink a cup a day when i have some, i guess i should try more than just 1 cup huh? i like looking dry.

yeah try at least a 2-3 a day and see how that works out for you. and im like you man, nothing like being hard and dry.

yeah i hate bloat especially bloat that doesnt seem to go away in the face/neck even 9 weeks post-cycle, must be progesterone/prolactin from tren. no more for me. ill just have to wait longer for it to disappear completely. test doesnt do this to me. on test if i take arimidex and drink green tea and coffee, i get no bloat. i will try 2-3 cups of the green tea.

Diurex will suck you try. Drink a lot of water with it and prepare to set-up camp in the bathroom cause youll be pissin all day. It works the best though, IMO.
