Gains usually stop in week 8 for me due to myostatin build-up. Would cruising for 5 weeks be enough for them to go back to baseline and start gaining again when I start my new blast?
Gains usually stop due to a stale workout routine but more often because ones diet isn't what it should be for theyre goals. Before I give any advice.........
how many cycles have you ran?
what compounds have you ran?
how old are you?
are you on TRT or have you blasted and cruise before?
Like Chicago stated, usually once a guy starts blasting and cruising all hopes for comin on and have normal HPTA function are pretty much lost except for the odd individual.
