How Long to Lower E2 + Bloodwork Test

Two to three weeks should be enough time if you did not change any other variables.
What was your E2 at and how much adex were you taking and how much test? How much adex are you taking now?

I started Test C on 11.15.13 - .15ml (30mg) SubQ injected daily.
I just had bloodwork done here are the results:
Regular Estradiol - HIGH - 59.7 (7.6 - 42.6, pg/mL)
My doc suggested reducing Test C to .12mL(24mg)/daily (I did this) and because of my fear of crashing my E2 on the doc-recomended 1mg daily ADEX, I have initially started on .25 ADEX twice a week.
Thoughts?

well you lowered your dose and added an ai. It's best to make one variable change at a time. Lowering your dosage could be enough to get your estrogen down, EspeciallY since you didn't get the sentiive panel.

Test was a little high and the E2 was def high so we made 2 changes. I have gained weight since starting Test C. I have gone from ~193 to ~208 - that's 15lbs!! I have been working out 6 days a week and pushing but have not increased my caloric intake much. The negative difference - I've added some fat to my lower stomach area. I was running 9-9.5% BF and now I'm around 10-10.5...and I see it. I also see larger arms, shoulders, traps, etc...
So, I see more BF and the E2 is high, so although looking at numbers, I'm also experiencing some physical changes...and why wait until they get worse?
BTW, the lab was instructed to perform sensitive Estradiol and screwed up. They will be requested to perform Sensitive E2 test again with a string reminder as they enter it into the system.

You could get away with pinning EOD if it bothered you ED...
Pinning everyday is not a bother for me - takes less than 2 minutes and that's if I'm screwing around and taking my time. Also, my understanding is that this helps keep the E2 the lowest as there is the least amount of Test C to aromatize....

Fair enough then, yes you are correct most frequent you can do means more stable, but I doubt there would be much difference between ED and EOD with an ester like enanthate/cypionate, with propionate yes there would be a small difference I'd think.

I was using 30mg every day and I've dropped to 24mg daily. Bloods are below....and notice that I hadn't pinned yet on the day I had the bloods done, so doc decided I should drop a little.
Test, Serum - 1087 (348, 1197, ng/dL) Had not injected before the blood test.
Test, Free - 24 - (7.2, 24.0, pg/mL) Had not injected before the blood test.
I'm still looking for some advice on when I should have the bloods done again. Same day as ADEX, day before, day after, etc....any help...anyone?

Well I don't see the reason for going any lower considering it is the free test (what is biologically available for use) that matters and is spot on at the top of the range (unless the lab doesn't read above that level?), not so much the total test.
What is your e2 like on those test levels?

Thanks Daniel, however, I'm pinning SubQ! daily. My interest is in trying to get the most accurate level of E2....so, do I check bloods day before, on or after my .5mg of ADEX? BTW, ADEX is every 3.5 days.

Get the test done around the time you would usually pin yourself and on the time you would normally take adex, that should give you an idea of where you will be.

Isn't that good for determining trough levels of T for dosage evaluations? What would this have to do with the timing of an AI? Say for instance, I am taking 0.25mg's of Arimidex E3D. If I test for E2 the day after my AI dose, how would that compare with testing the day before my next dose?
I ask this because - sorry to hijack your thread OP but maybe it'll help with your questions! - initially before TRT I hit an E2 of 62 (7.6-42.6). I went on 0.25mg's of Arimidex E2D on TRT and hit an E2 value of 14 (Range 7.6-42.6). I felt it would be better to scale back and so I've been on E3D for a while and the day after I took my dose of AI, I had labs drawn and this time around I landed a 7.7 (Range 7.6 - 42.6). Does E2 dip that much a day after an AI dosage?
No worries JOWS7 as this was what I was getting at but didn't really get much help re timing. The question still stands...when is the best time to get bloods done when trying to dial in E2....and specifically for me, when pinning daily. Anyone??

I'd be careful with this ADEX stuff...
I crashed my E2 badly with 0.25 mg EOD and was running 350 i.u. HCG E3D and 160 mg E7D shots....
Best thing is to lower doses first. I didn't see your TT level posted anywhere.
I stayed on the E3D dosing of HCG and at 500 i.u. a shot. T was 60 mg E3D...
divided 0.25 mg ADEX tabs into halves...
started dosing 0.125 mg EOD and felt more anxiety after a couple weeks.
It's a different game when on TRT and using ADEX.
I could tolerate 0.25 mg EOD while natty with less anxiety....
which leads me to believe that ADEX must have a longer half life than 50 hours....
I use to dose it E4D on above protocol and never felt any anxiety...
