Adex responsiveness will vary person to person though... I happen to be an under-responder, where as Apollon seems to be a over-responder/typical responder.

Hmm, we probably won't get an answer to our question because there probably isn't a definite answer and I really doubt there are any studies on peak/trough levels of aromatase inhibition since most studies on TRT plus an AI always seems to have the AI dosed at 1mg/day.
I was thinking, the only way to know unequivocally was to have your E2 levels drawn daily. Check out LEF.org and order an (3) E2 tests for $33.00 each. On day one, of your E3D protocol, take your AI in the morning and go in for your labs later that day. Have your labs drawn in the following 2 days. It would be very interesting to see variation in E2 levels during your E3D protocol and would be beneficial for others to see as well. I understand $99.00 may be a lot of money but the peace of mind would be worth it in trying to dial in your E2.

Yes, but I'm pinning daily so peaks and troughs different from twice a week or once a week test injection. This would seem to make a difference with the idea being to keep the test levels even...and even if you don't agree with this strategy, that is the protocol the doc has me on.
So, with that said, and taking Adex every 3.5 days, when is best to get bloods done? I would have thought just before the next Adex pill when the E2 levels are highest so you know what the worst case scenario is. Does this make sense or are you suggesting to test right after taking Aex when the E2 is lowest...although not sure how long after taking Adex before maximum effect is obtained.

If your pinning daily you shouldn't be doing your AI every 3.5 days.
