It took me a few months but only because I had to dial in E2. Most people feel a difference somewhere around weeks 4-6. Although, since you were already on T, you may not feel significantly different ever unless the gel worked really horribly for you.I just switched from androgel to shots 5 days ago. I was wondering how long your testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) took for you to feel noticeably better.

thanks for the input. The gel had me at 220 after 6 months at 2 pumps daily 1.62. It was at 350 3 months ago. I'm just excited to feel better. I also had to switch doctors to change this script.I will just need to be patient.

This shows how everyone is different. Despite having significant symptoms, prior to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), I would wake up with morning wood with a total T of 87. Any indicator of success of negative symptom for one person will not necessarily apply to all. When you start waking up with morning wood.. Thats when you know your are in range. Good luck..
You must be on Test Prop with that fast of a change!I began noticing improvements in the gym by my second pin... Day 5 or so.
Getting E2 at the right level is even more important than getting T at a certain level. If you doctor isn't testing and treating your E2, it is time to find a new doctor!what does it mean E2 dialed in?
is it something that corrects itself or do you need to take something if your E2 is out of whack

I'm getting one shot every 2 weeks of 200mgs. I know what you're gonna say and I'm hoping to get this changed. I don't take the script home. I will get my levels tested tomorrow and a shot next Monday. The Doc shot me with 2cc for my first shot for 400mg to get started. But I stopped taking the androgel also so I guess I'm gonna have to be patient. I will eventually do my own shots but he wants to get me on the correct protocol first.
