How low does your T need to be to be on HRT?

So im wondering what T levels do people typically go on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)? the reason i ask this is because i suffered an injury to my right testicle in a motorcycle accident a few years ago and i feel like it may have effected the testicle to produce test. the doctor in the emergency room told me i was lucky they didnt have to remove it. I have gotten bloodwork before and the highest i ever came at was 480 (that was taken about a year after the accident) and this was before i ever touched a PH or AAS. last time i got checked was before i started my test cycle and it came in at 420. i just got blood taken yesterday and i should have my results in the next couple days and im worried that its going to come in even lower than before. i did the standard post cycle therapy (pct) with clomid.

id perfer not to be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) but i will if i need to be. btw im 27 years old.

Call me. Let me know you were the guy who's nut blew up. That, alone, would at least make you a candidate and i assure you that our docs would take a strong look at your case. Glad they saved your nuts.

Thanks for the reply Chip... lol no im not that guy but i do remember his thread about it. mine didnt blow up... well it kinda swelled up to a size i didnt think was even possible. let me see what the results are first. im really hoping that it comes back higher and i dont need to be on trt. id prefer not pinning for the rest of my life... i'll def give you a call tho if it comes back low.

Honestly, who cares what the number is if you don't feel good.. I feel better than I ever did in my life after being on TRT.. I don't think pinning is a big deal to do once a week anyways.. If you had diabetes, you would be stickin yourself daily.. It sounds like he is offering you a free consultation anyways.. I would give him a call just to pick his brain because i'm sure you posted here to learn more about TRT/ HRT.. Well, good luck which ever path you choose!

Well i got my bloodwork results today and i am pleasantly surprised by it. my total test came to 698 and free came out to 21. All my previous bloodwork was in the 400s so this was a real surprise to me. i think the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) on cycle and the clomid really helped to get my test higher than it was naturally before... also the aromasin cause i had really high estradiol before.
