Ok, so currently, on workout days, I am for 4k calories. I eat 5 meals a day, so that breaks down to 800cals per meal.
I have heard the body can only handle so many calories at a time. IE: 500ish? Is there any truth to this? Because, I also sometimes like to eat less cals at bed, so I may eat 1200CALS directly after working out, or eat more at breakfast. BUT, is that to many and just asking to be stored as fat?
