Right now I'm doing an AM/PM split, so I drink a total of four shakes - 1 pre and 1 post workout, for each workout.
I don't follow that six meals bullshit though. I eat however many meals I eat. As long as I hit my calorie goal, I call it good. I count everything, so I know what goes in. I feel that frequency matters for bulking about as much as the stray hair on my ass does.
