well mine is 2x in 8 days, i LOVE pumping my chest and have seriously though about going once a week but for now ill keep it how it is.....probably change it up next september when i plan to start some 5x5 training
When I started doing chest 1x a week, i got stronger. When i started doing low reps (3-5) and heavy weight 1x a week I got stronger. This was after experimenting with just about every workout plan known. When i kept it simple low rep high weight i got strong. just my2c.
