how much training before starting cycle?

whats up people...i just bought all my gear...i did a cycle of deca pills before...and treid a cycle of Winstrol (winny) and eq but stopped after 4 weeks cuz i saw no results....ive trained on and off for 3 years ...i havent worked out in a year do to a back problem....i also smoke...im 33...i weigh 248...im 5'8 and have 40% body fat...i was gonna work out for 2 weeks then start my cycle...i have 20ml/mgs of winny...i have 600ml/mg of deca...i have 500ml/mg of test...and i have 400ml/mg of fina...do u think i should wait longer than 2 weeks before i start all of this?...and do u think its to much for some one like me? thanks 4 input u guys have been helpful
 
deca pills?.... anywho. And if you did winstrol and eq and saw no results you might wanna change your diet and workout routine. You will prob. want to work out for a WHILE longer before you get back into it especially recovering form an injury. When you say 20ml/mgs and 600ml/mg what are you saying? How many ML total, and how many MG PER ML? what type of test is it and if you do have all these, Dont do them all at once, total overkill.
 
i would say atleast 2 full years of intense training before starting any cycle, just my opinion. Give yourself a chance to see what you can achieve naturally first, you might be suprised what hard work and dedication can do!
 
why im a confused....i had caspsuls of deca...my strength went up 100 pounds i put on 15 pounds of muscle...im just asking being ive worked out in the past...if 2 weeks is long enough....im stocky have big shoulders...i know how to work out...i just think maybee i should train longer before i take all this for better results...the pills were real good

Well if it helps I started training when I was fifteen. I started using Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) when I was fifty. I felt I had attained my natural limit by then.

I don't want to get on a soap box but you guys that are starting in your twenties or younger are cutting yourself short. Because you get shut down on cycle you will always have to be on cycle just to be normal. I'm very glad I didn't start until I was fifty and thin I did it because I had been really sick and the drugs they gave me shut me down hard. My balls used to be very big but after cancer they were itty bitty things. And I was conpletely distroyed in my body. It's been three years now and I am considered hard core where I train. Only a few people know that I have had cancer.

I workout twice a day. Cardio in am with ab work and lifting in afternoon. for five or six days a week, depending how much rest I need.

DOn't go for the quick fix. It never works out well. For every IFBB pro there are a tthousand wannabees that are all screwed up with their hormones.
