How obvious is it that you are on a cycle.

Both my first and second cycle I had ppl asking me if I'm Juicing. If u gain 5-10lb of LBM then it's hard to hide and ppl will notice. Just deni and say that ur diet is spot on and ur trying a new workout program. It doesn't really matter what you say there will think what they wish.
 
Great advice guys but I am more concerned with friends and family. Do you look significantly larger than you are after/while juicing or do you just get a little bigger?

Ppl that see u daily won't notice as much but the ppl u see once a week or once every two weeks will notice. Just don't admit to it and they will never no for sure. I when from comfortable in my clothes to having to buy a whole new wardrobe. My thighs outgrow my pants and my chest, shoulders and arms made my shirts tight as shit and made them to short

Yes and no. Some ppl are just oblivious to it and some ppl may notice even if they see u all the time. It's like one day u will wake up when ur about 6 weeks in and ull day holly f@ck where did this body come from. For me idc what anybody says. I just tell them to try dedication and hard work befor the start saying roids.
 
If you take steroids and people cant notice it.

1. Your gear is fake.
2. Your diet is terrible, even with moderate diet it should be obvious.
3. you're training like a pussy.

I can easily tell if someone is on the sauce or not.

I actually had a question about the diet and how spot on it should be. If I eat a normal and healthy diet, but add something like ice cream once a week while cycling, is this gonna ruin my cycle? Or do I need to be completely perfect when cycling?

Simple answer: "I've been working very hard in the gym lately and have really improved my diet!"

The only folks that will give you any scrutiny are those that have been exposed to this lifestyle. I see it all the time in the gym, and we just nod to each other as we both know what's going on. My Mom asks me all the time if I'm buying smaller and smaller shirts. I just smile and tell her that isn't the case. Let them wonder and be in awe man. It's not like you aren't putting in hard work on top of the drugs, be proud of your body. :)

I'm only on day 15 of a long ester test/tren cycle, but my Tbol kicker is giving me noticeable pumps. The bigger veins in my arms are fooking gnarly when I pick up heavy dumbbells. And I've got new smaller veins I've never seen before from my wrists all the way up to the elbow on the outer forearms. I'm getting three or four stares every time I workout now, so I've casually mentioned I've started taking my NO stimulator both preworkout AND before bed and its made a huge difference in vascularity.

Then I tell them I eat a pound of chicken and a pound of beef everyday.

Absolutely not, eating icecream once a week wont do shit, just dont make it a habit.
Also what is your definition of normal and healthy? Make sure you get enough protein, good starchy carbs, and some healthy fats.
If you're gonna cycle get your diet in check to get the most out of your cycle.

Ice cream won't ruin your cycle. But it ain't gonna help it any. But hey everyone has their weakness they can't go a week without eatin. Mines pussy !
 
I have friends who juice and they accuse me of using which I haven't yet. Some of them are pretty big dudes and some aren't big at all. One in particular I had no idea until he said "yeah I have about 2 weeks left of by deca/test cycle."

I think if you're a decent size guy who is somewhat to very lean. People will think you're on something. Honestly, no one should care if you are accused of using. Like someone said before, unless you tell them you are or they have proof of you using all they know for sure is that you workout. I take accusations of using as compliments.
 
I only can tell by looking at people's strength gains; including myself. Other than that I can't tell. Maybe I'm just naive
 
If you're just an average joe looking to meet your own goals. Sure have a bowl of ice cream just make sure you're within your calories for the day.

People will notice that you are getting bigger but people also think that they are 250 at 9% so go figure.

Gains are noticeable though. I always have an intra-workout and when somebody complement me in the gym I just raise my drink and say that it most be working.
 
My last cycle on tren Ace and Sustanon (sust) 500 I blew up 20lb in 4 weeks and the whole hotel was talking about how big I got so fast and I could hear the comments about juice this juice that. On my current cycle none have said anything at worn but maybe now they just used to it. At the gym people know for sure. specially when I go in tank top so my acne scars on shoulders show. I don't care I call it battle scars. fucking say somethingi don't like and Ill cram a dumbbell down your fucking throat
