how should i do this?

i am on my third week of test enthanate and i was wondering should i keep doing shoulders one day back and bis the next then tris and chest, you know routines like that... or have any of you ever heard of some steroid based training called jumkyard dog or something like that i am not for sure my friend keeps telling me about it, it has a lot of stretching in it, and its all supersets like you take 15 breaths then work to failure 15 more then to failure then 15 to failure and your done then you go stretch like crazy.... it is ronnies workout from what i was told... what work out do you all think will best benefit me while on gear???
