Hey guys, Im joining the army in a few months and im trying to get a perfect score on the fitness test.
Right now I can do about 35-40 pushups in a row, but Im trying to be able to do 90 in under 2 minutes. Anyone have any good techniques? Right now im doing a 2 minute session of as many as I can bang out, taking a couple of breaks on my knees. after that I do pyriamids by five ex. 5 10 15 20 25 20 15 etc...
Once a week I grab a deck of cards and flip each card over and do that value of pushups, I've only been able to get halfway through before I cant move my arms anymore lol.
Anybody have a good strategy I can try out?
