How to Boost HGH Prodcution ?

Hey guys , just wondering if you guys know any natural and significant ways to boost HGH production that work say without injectin HGH ? Is it possible ?
 
Ive been reading things like good rest , creatine , some amino acids , vitamin d3 , melatonin , just training in general . besides those what else can one do thats significant ?

None of the things you mentioned boost GH by a "significant" margin.
Peptides are your only alternative, all "natural" sources of GH production are completely insignificant.
 
I also think peptides are the way to go to accomplish this. Now with the availability of mk677 you may not even have to inject as oten as you used too. Id look into the Peptide Science forum as was suggested to you. You should find some nice info and stack as well as dosage suggestions there.

It seems to be a legit oral GHRP. It doesnt seem to increase appetite as much as GHRP6. You dose it at 25mg/day. Some people get the normal drowsiness from this GHRP while some actually get restless. You have to find out how it effects you before you determine when you take it. It will either be first thing in am or at night, right before bed.
Id recommend 5 days on, 2 days off to prevent any tolerance development in the form of increased GHIH. There is mixed data on this as some data shows a slight increase in GHIH, some show none at all. If you go 5 on, 2 off you will take care of any possible issue if there is one.
It seems like this stuff is the real deal with blood work showing increases in GH as well as IGF to the point of it being similar to a low dose (ie anti aging) GH protocol.The thing that is cool about this is being oral you can cut down on injections dramatically. Im really thinking if you do a cjc w/dac alongside mk677 you could essentially mimic an anti aging GH protcol with only say 2-3 injections/week. Thats pretty damn sweet compared to the 3x/day injections most GHRH/GHRP stacks require.

Im interested to see how this works out for them. These are guys that will shoot it straight, not reps or shills so we will see. How important do you think it is to combine it with CJC? The idea of not having to pin yet one more thing is appealing.

Well I really think the addition of a cjc w/dac pinned even as infrequently as 2x/week would make a significant effect on both HGH and IGF levels. Significant to the point that it would take mk to another level. Take it from a general well being type supp to something with ergogenic and visible physical benefits. Thats pretty big IMO.
 
Not steroids, but Google "rhonda Patrick sauna" and read about heat stress and GH and IGF-1. Got a sauna about 3 weeks ago and while it can be very uncomfortable I have to say I think the benefits are there.

If you listen to her podcast or read her short write up on it, youll see that not only is there a GH and IGF-1 effect from heat stress, but there is also a shift between protein synthesis and degradation that moves in favor of synthesis.

Pushing 50 now, I look for every advantage I can get. :)

I dabbled in MK-667 at 20 and 30mg before bed - taking nothing else except of TRT dose of Cyp. I too read many logs of folks saying it made them drowsy - hey, right before bed is perfect. I found that MK made me restless, so I combined with melatonin before bed, but that didn't help. MK would not let me get a good nights sleep and I would feel lethargic / weaker at the gym. I stopped taking MK and am feeling better / have more energy.

Did you ever try taking it upon awakening?
 
No, didn't - plan to try that next. I didn't have a good experience with MK so wanted to get some time off to recoup before trying again.
