How to contact Research-Ology?

I have yet to receive an order I placed in late November that I was charged for. I have sent PMs and emailed sales@lionnutrition.com but have yet to hear a word. I had problems with Research-Ology before but I like the quality of their product so I continued to order.

Does anyone have any alternate form of communication to contact them? My next step is to contact my credit card company and attempt to get my money back for an incomplete transaction.
