Your arms, as a whole, get worked regulary throughout other body part workouts. Then i am sure, as I used to do, you hammer the hell out of them on their own special day. So in essence, you are overtraining them if they have stopped growing. I drasticly reduced my arm workout to include 2 standard lifts for bi's and two for tri's, nothing more. I go very heavy and keep reps around 8 for all 4 sets of each excersize. Then I avoid hitting again directly for 7 days. works great for me but we are all different.

I like to work them on their associated days (back iwth bi's, chest with tri's) so they get plenty of rest after...

Just hit em up with plenty of heavy exercises like straight bar curls, preacher curls, dumbell curls. Just don't overtrain.

squat and deadlift...

Gain overall mass ...and what mom and pop gave ya also comes into play.

And just be patient, gaining good quality size takes months\years

Main thing with my Bis and tris isnt so much what I do but how I do it. Very controlled movements and concentrating on each contraction. I aim to make it feel as if my skin is going to tear my arms are so pumped. See far too many people just throw the weight up there using everything but bis or tris.

Being consistent in your training and diet is the thing that will bring success the quickest. It's boring but true.

really i didnt know that..shit thanks HUSKY..back to the drawing board i go

thanks my bro in arm..welcome home too..

Here's what i've been doing for a long time now..

Curls/one in each arm: 45/50/55/60/65/70/45 From 45lbs to 65lbs i do 9reps, on 70's i do 6-7.

Then i do tris, and back to bis after.

Preacher(EZ bar): I start with 25 on each side, then i add 10lbs for every set that follows until i get to 25lbs/35lbs on each side.
