How to get rid of Gynecomastia?

I have had Gyno for a few years now from what I believe came from using a few pro hormones and substances. I just went to a Endocrinologist and he stated that all my levels are fine and that what I have is gyno. He just prescribed me Clomid will this help or is there a better route? I hear a lot of people speaking highly of Nolvadex. What is the best route to take and cycle amounts?

Yes nolva is a most accepted drug of choice bUT raloxifein is said to be more effective than nolva

Surgery is your answer bro. I used to search high and low looking for a way around surgery. But if you have gyno and have had it for years only real way to get rid of it is surgery

I have also read that an AI Aromatase Inhibitor is better than taking a SERM like Nova and Clomid any feelings on this?

^^ yeah imo it isnt. If you use an ai you need to crash e2 systemically, a very uncomfortable and unhealthy experience.
With a serm like raloxifene or tamoxifen you can address the gyno at the site only by blocking the e2 receptor in breast tissue. So effectively in some cases that cellular apoptosis occurs and your gyno literally goes away. That is not too often. You best hope imo is to run ralox at 60mg/day for one week and 30mg/day every week after. Plan on at least 2 months. Its at least worth a shot because while it may not "cure" gyno it may make it totally undetectable. I would always try ralox before resorting to surgery personally. What do you have to lose?

My doctor has given me 20mg of Novladex(Tamoxifen) for 90 days. What is the best what to take it? IS 90 days alot and should you load up in the beginning and taper off at the end?

Well since I do have the nolvdex is taking 20mg a day for 90 days the way to go? I have read that some people will increase the mg for a period of time like running 40 mg a day for a few weeks.

I have been on it for 1.5 weeks and I can tell a small benefit but nothing crazy hopefully in the future weeks a little more benefit will show.

Also should I be taking anything to protect my liver? How is this on my organs?

Femera and nolva is rhe only thing I have ever seen that can shrink lumps
But unfortunately if you've had it that long that odds are only surgery will do it
