how to look good while flexing :/, how to get abs

im new here and i never used steroids and dont really plan on it i just thought it would be a good place to learn about it anyways, im pretty okay with my body
im kind of happy with it just some issues

i don't have abs normally, when im in my bathroom ( it has good lighting) and flex, my abs look good, when im flexing hard, my lats look perfect, i really think my body is aesthetic and everything looks good, but the problem is

its only when im flexing :/

after i stop flexing it barely looks like i work out, like my lats dont come out unless my arms are out, or raised a bit, and i dont have abs

i dont understand how i have like perfect abs, when im flexing, but no abs when im not flexing

i gained a lot of weight in the past 10 months, maybe 50 pounds, but my body fat never really changed, its always been the same i think, flexing and i can see my abs,

my question is

is there anyway i will ever have my body normally, look like its flexed? i want it to look like its flexed all the time but im obvivously not walking around like that, haha..

any ideas? or what to eat and not to eat? i really eat a lot and everything, its been working good but ive noticed ive been getting bloated and stuff.. and its just not for me, its the first time i've ever wanted abs at all, i hate eating a lot anyways, im really ectomorph so yeah

any help would be appreciated, i just dont get how perfect i think i look while flexxed, my lats flaring out, but unflexed its just like wtf, i feel cheated because when i upload a picture to me on facebok girls pm me saying nice body and all this, but when i dont flex i look terrible.
 
Yes. Reduce your body fat. The reason you can't see the definition unless you'r flexing is; there is a thin layer of fat covering the muscles. When you flex they stand up. To be able to see them all the time without flexing you will need to get below 10% BF, possibly a little lower depending on genetics. Some lucky guys have well defined abs at 12%+ most must be at or below 10%
 
Its diet related my friend there are obviously supplements, methods of achieving this look/bf % faster but you have to have your diet and lifestyle dialled right in...
 
thanks guys, im not planning on using any supplements, but my diet right now is horrible, like i'll eat pizza or whatever to bulk

if i cut out pizza and eat more veggies and everything will i see a significant change in body fat? i really want my abs to show when im not flexing :/
 
OP I thought you said your bf didn't change, but yea sounds just like need to lower bf.
just get diet in check and you'll those hard earned muscles easier.
 
thanks, and i mean it doesnt, like i bulk on pizza and its always been the same as in i can see my abs when i flex, was just wondering if i cut all shit out if maybe it'll go down, never really ate healthy healthy, but for some reason i just wanted to get abs lol

A proper diet and cardio will do you wonders.
 
thank you, how often do you think cardio would suffice, ive never actually trained abs directly, going to start doing that too, and for diet im just going to cut out all fast food/sugars/ and all that, sorry if this question is noobie, you guys are obviously a lot more hardccore because you're doing steroids and way better knowledge! thank you again sir
