im new here and i never used steroids and dont really plan on it i just thought it would be a good place to learn about it anyways, im pretty okay with my body
im kind of happy with it just some issues
i don't have abs normally, when im in my bathroom ( it has good lighting) and flex, my abs look good, when im flexing hard, my lats look perfect, i really think my body is aesthetic and everything looks good, but the problem is
its only when im flexing :/
after i stop flexing it barely looks like i work out, like my lats dont come out unless my arms are out, or raised a bit, and i dont have abs
i dont understand how i have like perfect abs, when im flexing, but no abs when im not flexing
i gained a lot of weight in the past 10 months, maybe 50 pounds, but my body fat never really changed, its always been the same i think, flexing and i can see my abs,
my question is
is there anyway i will ever have my body normally, look like its flexed? i want it to look like its flexed all the time but im obvivously not walking around like that, haha..
any ideas? or what to eat and not to eat? i really eat a lot and everything, its been working good but ive noticed ive been getting bloated and stuff.. and its just not for me, its the first time i've ever wanted abs at all, i hate eating a lot anyways, im really ectomorph so yeah
any help would be appreciated, i just dont get how perfect i think i look while flexxed, my lats flaring out, but unflexed its just like wtf, i feel cheated because when i upload a picture to me on facebok girls pm me saying nice body and all this, but when i dont flex i look terrible.
