Been on TRT for the past 2 months with great success! Estrogen slightly high (50.9 pg/ml with a scale of 7.6-42.6). I have no physical signs of higher estrogen outside of a little acne on my back.
Have not been in touch with the doc yet, wants to see me again in 2 months, I pulled the results from online. We have discussed Aromasin but no script yet but that is an option.
Im interested to understand everyone's take DIM and Zinc would be in lowering estrogen. I was thinking 100mg of DIM and 100mg of zinc would be where id start to ideally get the estrogen back within range. Ive read people taking as much as 300mg of DIM. I bough some DIM with IC3 added in but as a proprietary blend, ive read some favor that to DIM.
In a perfect world id like to get it back into the normal range, I do feel great and have read horror stories on people crashing estrogen so id really like to be conservative yet effective with the route I go.
