How to reconstitiute hcg?

not a wigger
I have pregnyl 5000 and I am not sure how to do a sterile reconstitution. I searched on the internet but could not find the instructions.

Do I just break the amps by wrapping a rag around it so I don't cut myself? Then, do i use a pin to draw up the diluent and shoot it into the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) powder -- and then dump the mixture into a sterile container?

bump this...I am going to be using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) soon for the first time also, and the more I read, the more confused I become

File both amps so it wont be difficult to break, otherwise you might shatter them.

1. File it all around then break it off.
2. Put the water into the powder portion.
3. Depending on your dosage draw it up and save the rest in the amp or draw it into other syringes and store it in the fridge.

If you have 5000iu's version, then on a u-100 syringe, 50 units would be 25000iu's if you used 1ml of bac. water.

Did yours come with 1ml or 2ml bac. water or do you plan on purchasing more so the math can be easier!:D

those amps break really easy, so dont stress that. Pain in the ass part is that they only come with around 2/3ml of water. I usually add more sterile water so I can dose it more accurately.
This is why I like the intervet hcg, comes with 5mls and sealed bottles with rubber stoppers, just like mini bottles of test

Yes, each 5000 iu amp came with a 1 ml amp of sterile water.

I also have some B12 I could dilutre it with but I guess I will not.

Thanks a lot for the info!

If you wanted to add more, I'm guessing bacteriostic water should be used?

Correct, using more bac. water will make it easier to measure!

While we're on the topic of hcg.... I would like to know if there is a certain time frame for which the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) can be left in a syringe in the fridge. I've heard that you are not suposed to leave gear in a syringe for extended periods of time because it will deterioriate the rubber plunger. Is this true for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG)?

Also would there be anything wrong with mixing up 3000 iu and squirting that in a bottle of deca and just leave the deca in the fridge. That would make it a hell of a lot easier than having to fuck with those pissy little amps and trying to divide 1ml into little bitty doses. What do yall think?

thanks bro...

using more will make it easier to measure, but how so? For example if one uses 10ml of bacteriostic water on a 5,000iu kit... That will not make 1ml equal to 500 iu correct? Please bare with me here, this is my first experience with HCG...thanks again

LOL:D thats cool bro., yes you are correct on your math. I personally wouldn't add that much bac. water.

Maybe:

5ml of bac. water which will come out to 1000IU/.5cc
