how to safetly store preloaded syringes?

How do yo go drawing the full amount? I mean, you get residue in the ampule, a little left in the syringe and then a little once you pin. Do you lose much?

amps are cheap either way so if I lose a little then its nothing to cry about. I would transfer 5 or 10 amps at a time into a clean sterile vial. then draw as I needed just like any other vial.
