Hows this 5x5

I'm kind of a big deal...
What do you think of this split, i have the hardest time finding a spilt that i can live with. so im going to try this. any changes i could make that would help?

Day 1- Chest/Claves-
Chest
flat bench 5x5
incline DB press 3x8-10
incline fly 3x8-10
incline machine 3x8-10
Claves
standing raises 3x15
iso raises 3x15 (the machine you sit on and rais calves)

Day2- Shoulders/Back
Shoulders
military press 5x5
lat raises 3x8-10
shrugs 3x15
Back
cable row 5x5
Bent over DB row 3x8-10
lat pul down 3x8-10
pull ups 3x failure

Day3 Abs

Day4- rest

Day 5 Bis/Tris
Bis
hammer curls 5x5
ez bar curls 3x8-10
cable curls 3x8-10
Tris
skull crushers 5x5
rope pull down 3x8-10
tri extension 3x8-10

Day6 Legs
squat 5x5
quad extension 3x8-10
ham curl 3x8-10

Day7 Abs

any ideas on how this could improve. or if someone could help me with a whole new routine that would be great.
 
Looks pretty good to me. For back I would prob add in some deads or hyper extensions at least to strengthen the lower back. And also maybe alternate b/w pullups and lat pd's, your choice. For tri's I'd prob substitute one of the exercises for a mass builder like close grip bench or weighted dips. Personally I wouldn't have a day just for abs, I'd do them at the end of a workout but thats just me.
 
thanks vennom, should i sub the 5x5 skull crushers for a 5x5 close grip bench? ive had the hardest time trying to decide on routine and split. i saw the 5x5 and read it got good results so im gona give it a whirl. and just picked the split at random. my problem is, not trusting the routien. i just have to stick with it. i usually do abs at the end of a WO but i just hate not being in the gym for 2 days in a row.

I would also just throw the abs in at the end of a couple workouts and make day 3 my rest then continue and move everything back a day and then that'd give you 6&7 to rest as well. sometimes ill use one of those 6&7 days to catch up on something that i didnt feel like i hit real well during the week.

I feel ya on not being in the gym 2 days in a row. I hate doing that so I try not to have 2 off days in a row. As far as subbing the cg, you could really sub it for any of the exercies. Try alternating. As far as the 5x5, or any routine for that matter, you just have to stick w/ it to see if it works or not. Thats the biggest thing. Good luck, keep us posted.
