Hrt guys share your wins!

I finally cracked 250 on my bench last week. I only got 2 reps, but it was 250. I am only 20 pounds away from having 3 45 pound plates per side on the smith rack.

My weight is back over 190, but I seem to have more luck adding muscle mass than I do losing fat.

I hope to hit 270 on my bench within a month.
