Hrt guys share your wins!

and try to cut back on whacking off, or at least switch hands...

:wackit:

I can use either hand. Does that qualify for a win?

But seriously...I lost 10 lbs, took 3inches off my gut, and cut my BF from 21% to 18%. Had to buy some new pants! And my suits don't fit anymore cuz they're too big in the waist and too small in the shoulders. I understand the waist being too big, but I wasn't figuring on the shoulders being too small considering i lost 10 lbs.

I am 44 years old. In the gym all of my lifts now are better than when I was 21yrs old and in college playing football.

I call that a win!

I agree! I love to hear this stuff. It's very inspiring. Great job Bro!

I wish we could get some more before & after shots on here though.

I maxed out the Super Squat Machine today at the gym. I was doing face out squats with 7 45's on each side. I probably could have done it a lot sooner given the fact that I did 4 sets of at least 8 reps with that much weight.

I guess I need to move on to real squats...

Figured I'd bump this since the Trt forum has been a bit lame.

Lets see...What do I have to report.

I am finally almost over my tennis elbow....thank god!
I'm about 95% improved. Still a bit of soreness but atleast I can get back to lifting heavy again doing curls deads ect.....I had to layoff for about 2 months ewwwwww

In that short period my grip strength took a dive. I had a hell of a time doing 315 deads cause I couldn't hold the damn bar & didn't think to bring my straps.

Next project is getting over my knee tendonitis & get back to doing squats. Sucks to be an old fart.

Oh I consider this a win. I was able to haul up the 110 DB's on the incline bench for 5 good reps. Oh yea! I'm eyeballing those 125 pounders at the end of the rack.......( I'll get you guys sooner or later....fuckers)

Anyone else got anything good to share? I could use a good inspirational pick me up!

Just started. First PIN was Thursday and just now getting over the soreness/flu but so excited to get to the second PIN tomorrow.

There was a point in time in my life when I was very out of shape. I was 250 pounds and could not bench #135

I had spent years eating fast food and drinking a case of coca cola QD. I could always perform in the bed room, but as well as I should have been able to.

Today I am no body builder, but I can bench my weight #240 about 10 times. I don't go for 6 pack abs but I stay under 15% BF year round.

Im tall so I know the numbers don't seem like much but for me its good enough. I am down to 33 pants size and everywhere I go ladies are giving me attention. (EDIT) too bad I'm not available!

I am animal in the bedroom and never have a problem getting ready to play :)

I drink less now and concentrate on better eating habits, constantly educating myself in order to find ways to stay healthy with my busy lifestyle. It makes you think twice about eating that cupcake at 3 AM.

I see a lot of stories on here where people are having issues with with their program, just remember for every 1 person that has issues, there are 10 out there loving life because of their treatment.

It has changed my life and my outlook.
