Well with some days off with baby and softball. This lil guy eat's every damn hr lol. Baby doing good though and Momm'as BP is doing better as well. I hit up track today for a mile then to the gym for sauna and shoulders.

machine shoulder presses incline angle: 105 lbs x 12, 120 lbs x 10,8
lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10
behind neck pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,6
db shrugs: 55 lbs x 10,10,8
