Hypogonadism Help problem with low hormones

That clomid really does a number on some guys sorry to hear that. Well you could try waiting and get bloodwork again and see where your number is but it looks like your secondary hypogonadyl and you would definitely benefit from TRT

I am thinking that my time to start TRT has come. I will talk with my endo today and i will inform you. Thank you hiram1st.

Today i have an appoitment with my endo. I will update after this again.
I am really down general in my health right now and i know that probably i must go the TRT way.
I have read all the stickies in here and i know that it has its benefits.
To tell you the truth i want to live my life to maximum, not like a living dead that i am now.

Also, in my work i am personal trainer in a gym on winter and lifeguard in the summer so i must be really focus and with energy in both of them. And my low test brings me down.

I am open to suggestions.

I was in the same boat. Living in a nightmare I couldn't wake up from. TRT was a life changer for me can't believe it took me so long to find out that my low t was the cause.

Now you'll start the journey to a better life but for most of us it was a long hard one. A lot of the Dr's out there aren't really up to date with administering TRT you'll have to guide them in the right direction. It takes to get dialed in but it's worth it. :)

This is the reason that i like this forum / site because you meet people like you who have already been in my place and know how feel. No one can understand you even the closest persons because they dont know how you really feel. You have to live something to understand how it is.

Ok, enough with the drama.

The good thing is that i have available testosterone which i can choose. I have test enanthate 250mg pharmacy.
And doctor can prescribe nebido for TRT ( i have read about it in here that it is good).

But if doctor will say to me to go TRT way, i am thinking to start with test e first and then switch to nebido so i can have faster results and help me also with how i feel. I am 25 years old.

I think that sounds like a plan. Use the advance search button and look up trt nebido and trt test c or e tons of opinions out there.

I just came from my endo, he told me to take test e, hcg and some aromasin if i am having estrogen issues.

So TRT for me is the way to go.

But unfotunately, endo told me to take one shot 250 mg test e for every two weeks. I told him that i would prefer to split the dose to every week for more stable blood.
He said what ever is more comfortable for me.

Now my question is , as you all know from my thread i have hypogonadism for almost two years.

I want to increase my dose for a while like a blast
Is it ok if i take 250mg e5d or e7d ?

Just run your prescribed TRT dose until you get dialed in. You will likely need to see your doc for follow ups too so you don't want to come in with elevated levels. Or blow through your script too fast. Save the blasting for later.

Yes i understand what you mean. But the next appoitment with my endo will be in 2 months so there is no problem about that.

If i take 250mg test e e5d
2x250iu hcg per week
And aromasin 12,5mg ed

If you want him to yank your script.

I know, trust me - I truly, really, ABSOLUTELY know how much it sucks to wait, but you need to do things by the book. It's about restoring your hormone levels to where they should be, not skyrocketing them to help you feel better - only to develop problems.

I'm surprised he's going two months again before the next visit, but you should start to feel MUCH better by the fourth week in.

Got the heavy hitters on your case tonight George :)

Take your time getting dialed in plenty of time for the blasting. I know you don't want to hear that and either did I but I'm glad I waited. Took months of changing doses getting blood work on peaks and troughs of different doses bugging the guys here LOL. It is a arduous process but worth it

Thank you for your advice halfwit. I am going to wait for the test to kick in normal in 4 weeks.

Thank you hiram1st, you have been very helpful. I am going to start with the dose that doctor gave me and i will have bloodtest to see where i am.

You are going to feel so much better on 125mg/week. Give it time to work and you will be happy.

I am in the low levels of testosterone so much time. I can wait 4 weeks or 6 weeks to start feeling again.
Thank you Megatron.

I will get a bloodtest in 6 weeks so i can see my test levels.

The only problem that it has left is that i have puffy nipples. I am 14% Bf. It is not fat its just the nipples.
I have read about raloxifene. Do you think it might work?

I dont want nolvadex because it does kill my libido and i believe lowers igf.

Puffy nipples do not mean gynecomastia. You're looking at your body with excited anticipation, so very small changes might appear far more exaggerated than they are. If I had to guess, I'd say it's simply a change in water retention, which is normal. :)

Unless we're talking actual lumps, but don't go playing with your nipples on a daily basis looking for them - that's a recipe for angry nipples. ;)

I know it is not gyno. Doctor check them and he said that they are normal.

The fact is that i have sensitive nipples.

I am lean with normal estrogen, no chest fat but my nipples are a little bit puffy.

Maybe i am paranoid :)

Maybe i must lower my Bf. i am 14% now.

I am 15 days on my Trt protocol 125mg every week test e.
I am also taking hcg 2x250 iu per week.

I have gain a little water and nipples are puffy for sure.

What do you propose arimidex or aromasin?
