I almost can't take the heat

Damn.....I'm on day 6 of DuNlaP and it's kicking my ass....I'm so hot all the time....and I sweat my balls off when I sleep. but it's cool....so far I've lost about 6 pounds or so. I have two more days left...the last two I'm bumping it up to 400 mgs powder, from 200. I can't wait till the water runs off and I get to see my final results.

Just an update....I'll keep ya'll posted.
 
Wait till you wake up one night and have to crap and puke at the same time while looking in the mirror realising that you look like a ghost. :)
 
If you're already sweating all the time and can't take the heat then whay double the dose at the end? IMO DNP isn't worth it. You've gone through all this for 6 pounds man, there are better and safer ways. Be Careful and good luck!

no kidding, I think instead of upping the dose you shoud just add a few extra days or whatever....... IMO.

Im no DNP expert but it sounds smarter than upping the dose. Just a thought.
 
i agree with ecto and golden... i wouldnt up the dose, i've heard too many horror stories with this stuff
 
he eas Big Macs and Taco Supremes... the horror stories you have heard were on higher doeses than 400mg of DNP powder (not using crystal)
 
well.......I've pretty much cut my carbs out....I'm taking in well under 50 grams of carbs a day and a lot of protein....probably about 2 - 300 grams a day. and as little fat as possible.

ectomorph---I've only lost 6 pounds in the last 6 days because I'm still on the DNP....I'm sure once the water runs off of me I'll drop a few more pounds....and anyway...I think I dropped about 5 more pounds last night just in sweat...hehe.
 
Oh well your diet has been better than mine........
I have been eating very clean, however carbs have been around 150-300 and protein 300-400 and fat 30-50 grams
 
well actually.....I started on monday and did good until Thursday...but then my friends were going to hooters so I went too and I had a steak sandwich and a few of my buddies fries...boy was I cooking that night....but I've been good since then.

Wednesday will be my first day off of dnp and I'm going to carb back up with some low GI carbs so I can get back into running and sprinting and stuff.....Since I'm still going to be on the Winstrol (winny) until next monday....
