I am about to start TRT. I need advice on HCG usage and amount as well as tamoxifen
I am shut down after attempting 2 restarts, one with a well known HPTA restart doc. I have always been able to cycle on and off with no difficulties. However, my stupidity lead me to run 600mg of Test E and 600mg of Deca per week. I now know that amount of Deca will shut anyone down. I will attempt another restart after 6-12 months of TRT. I am tired of trying to restart. It's not easy, and I do not feel good.
I have a question for the forum. I plan to attempt a restart after 12-18 months. I was told by my doc that I woud need to use HCG to retain testicular function. I was told that 500 ius a week would keep things going until I attemot a restart. However, no one entioned Tamoxifen. Do I need to continue Tamoxifen while on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and HCG to prevent damage to the Leydig cells?
I had a test of 464 after my 6th of 10 HCG shots. However, my test level is lower now 194. So, I need to figure out what I need to do, so I can maintain testicular finction and attempt a restart in 6 to 12 months.
