I can only workout 3-4 days a week, should i take orals every day?

Booger1

Stickboy - not for long
The title really explains it all but to clarify:
I am 5'10 175 at about 10% body fat. I am planning to run a 12 week test e or NPP cycle and was considering adding OT into the mix for the first 3-4 weeks @ 40 mg a day.

I know most would suggest that just Test E at @ 500 a week would be plenty and I probably would not add OT this cycle but I'd like to know anyway and would appreciate any advise.

Now my question is this:
since i'd only be working out 4 days a week, should i take OT only on training days or should I take it all 7 days? If i should take it every day then should I still take the 40 mg or a reduced dose?
THanks.

As far as taking orals ed, yes. You must keep the theraputic level of the drug in your system in order for it to work. Now for only able to work out 3-4 days....you can always find time to work out. If you dont have time to be dedicated then dont do the cycle.

After really being dedicated to reading all these posts the last few weeks... I can see why all the Vets are over answering these questions....

There is no need to workout more than 3 or 4 days a week.

Every other day is fine - I workout by myself with all the intensity I can handle without killing myself and my workouts are no more than 30 minute on average.

I follow Mike Mentzers principles - not including a couple warmup sets - one set to complete failure - Dorian Yates followed Mikes principles - except "I think" he might have did two sets instead of one.

The rest-pause technique also works very well for this - that's using heavier weights and pausing for a couple seconds between reps - this is to increase the intensity.

But it has to be complete failure with every ounce of energy you can muster up. Complete breakdown ... Then rest and grow.

Remember your body grows in-between workouts.

The only thing I find with this type of workout is - even though it's short - it's also hard on the system. :bash:

I hear ya Repo. There is 20 different ways to skin a cat.

Yes - there is a point where this training hits a wall for me and I'll have to break the cycle.

Even with less sets and days the intensity will shut me down if I keep this up over a long period of time. :)

I love Mentzer's low volume approach. I do something similar. The problem i see people have with this is two fold

1. they don't really know what failure is or what max intensity is.
2. they will do a set that isn't to failure and call it a work set.

I wish more young guys would realize how beneficial low volume routines can be. But alas, i was young once and spent hours in the gym.

You've sparked my interest. Im going to read up on it and try it out. I love trying new exercises to confuse my body.

You damage your muscle fibres when you workout, but actually grow and repair them after your workouts, and "off" days.

Turinabol is my favourite oral steroid. It has a certain rhythm that you have to get in sync with to get the best from it.

Spread your dose throughout the day
Eat protein throughout the day
Train regularly, medium weight, no need to go for personal bests. Free weights at home are ideal.

Tbol doesn't bloat you out, but it doesn't make you dry and vascular either. You just sort of stay the same, except you put on about half a pound of quality muscle per day, if you take 50mg a day. It's just a great nitrogen retention agent with few side effects.

I always feel great on it. I used it as a kickstart at 50mg per day for the first 3 weeks of my current test cycle, put on about 12lb before the test even kicked in. You really can train everyday on Tbol, recovery is quick, so invest in a few free weights for home, or do push-ups and dips between chairs.

I find Tbol gives me food cravings, but I crave steaks washed down with whey protein shakes rather than carbs. I'm considering a tbol "kickstop" to my cycle (after my last test shot, but before PCT), in addition to the kickstart - I still have quite a few left

Zorrin, your saying you put on a half a pound of quality muscle a day, I call bullshit....

i know this the internet and people exaggerate all the time but why make such an outrageous claim, especially with something like Tbol. Its physically impossible to put on 12lbs of muscle in 3 weeks. 1/2 a pound per day.

Although, he did do push ups and dips between chairs.

Most of these guys make these claims using calipers too...

Fucking retards.
