I can't eat before noon

I'm trying to put on weight but I have to force myself to eat in the morning. Is there anyway to help me consume food in the morning. I eat a ton in the evening and night, thats when I'm most hungry. In the morning it makes me sick to even think about food, it's almost like I'm hung over but I don't really drink so thats not it. The most I can get down is a carnation instant breakfast or protein shake and a banana. And if I do eat in the morning I'm in the crapper at least three times, it's like a drank a bottle of turbo laxative, lol. Does anybody else have this problem? Anybody have any recomendations?
 
I find that when I take a multivitamin my appetite increases. I love food but I am not hungry when I wake up, I force myself to have something immediately. A protein shake, an egg sandwich, cereal, I try to consume this as soon as I get up, it helps to make me hungrier all day. It is healthier to eat a large breakfast and skip late night snacks, don't just stick to breakfast food, have a steak or some pasta in the morning whatever tastes good and will give me the protein, fats and carbs to get through the day. Also I take a protein bar with me for the commute to work it helps when I am bulking.
 
You could try drinking some lemon water in the morning if you can stomach it. I did that at a restaurant once, and I was fucking starving pretty soon (so THAT'S why they put the lemon in your water!).
 
I know how you feel bud, My stomach can't handle to much food early in the morning. And to be honest i try and eat NUTRIENT DENSE FOODS. Cause i know i can't get much in, there better be a lot of kcals in what i'm eating.

For breakfast - I like (Depending on what goals are)

2 scoops Syntrax Nectar with about 8 oz. water
3 packets Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
(you could add a little Olive oil to your shake to get extra kcals) but i don't like fat early in the morning.

So there your talking about

625 kcals:

55g Protein
90g Carbs
5g Fat

So thats fairly descent considering how little i'm eating.

Second meal might be a couple protein bars or if i can handle it real food, but by about 12 - 1 my stomach settles down and its all system go with regards to eating.
 
Just have a weight gainer like Nlarge for pretty much the same breakdown as above and all in 12oz of water. Then a couple hours later you can start with the whole foods(oats and eggs). If you can force out extra reps in the gym, you can force yourself to eat in the AM. It's never easy but always worth it.

Lemon water eh? Never tried that one. But what the hell, if it works I'll be able to save money on my pot expenses!lol :smokepoke
 
Try eating a big meal before bed. When I do this, I always wake up hungry.
 
drink a weight gainer and eat some fruit. Eat light foods only. Im the same way. I usually have a bowl of oatmeal, glass of OJ, a cup of yogurt a fruit, and a protien shake. All of these are easily digestable so you shouldnt have to much trouble taking them down.
 
MIX SOME PROTEIN POWDER IN YOUR COFEE, VANILLA IS GOOD, MAKES A NICE CAPPUCHINO FRAPPUCHINO, COUPLE SLICES OF TOAST/ FRUIT ETC.

Point is its more mental so if you example drink coffee then add that to it
