I'm trying to put on weight but I have to force myself to eat in the morning. Is there anyway to help me consume food in the morning. I eat a ton in the evening and night, thats when I'm most hungry. In the morning it makes me sick to even think about food, it's almost like I'm hung over but I don't really drink so thats not it. The most I can get down is a carnation instant breakfast or protein shake and a banana. And if I do eat in the morning I'm in the crapper at least three times, it's like a drank a bottle of turbo laxative, lol. Does anybody else have this problem? Anybody have any recomendations?
