I desperately need to increase my tri strength!

Ive slowly come to realization that my tri's are pretty weak. They seem to be balanced with my bi's and dont look small at all. However, its killing the top end of every pushing movement I do. My bench is pitiful due to lack of strength at the top...although I have very good power at the bottom. I want to work in some assistance work to get my pressing movements up to par. What movements are best for increasing tri strength, especially to help with the top end of pressing movements? What days would you incorporate this? (I work chest and tri's on different days.)
 
after bench would be good...im not familiar with how you lift but these could all be done on a separate day as well when you do tri's
 
I dropped normal flat bench and did lots of flat bench assistnace work. as well as triceps on tricep day. so summarized, i do triceps twice a week, monday and friday basically.
 
Guess what ill do is some assistance work in place of flat bench. After a few weeks ill come back to flat to see whats changed. By that time this deca/test will be hittin hard as well.
