im not growing. my shoulders suck and so do my tris. legs arent huge either. i dont get it with these fuckin shoulders. i do my benches, my deads, my squats, my side laterals (after chest) and nothing. so what is the secret here? i follow a routine like pullinbigs, and i like it like that. i eat enough although im not going through another fuckin fat phase either just for some muscle. most of my looks revolve around not having a fat ass puffy ass face. damn if it cant get any cleaner than plain oats with chicken breast or lean ground beef, than i dont know. maybe i should start doing 10 sets of side laterals cuz IT AINT HAPPENING..i want some big delts here man..its been like this for years, my body has been like this for fuckin years.. i think this internet really complicates shit by the way. if i just followed what some huge dudes were doing in the gym, i think i would have been big already. im real fuckin angry with my progress the say the least. no im not doing any gear or plan to because it bloats my face and turns me into an emotional bitch post-cycle. if i cant grow naturally, it wont happen with gear so dont be suggesting shit like that.

BUT WHAT IS THE FUCKIN SECRET HERE? i dont want to gain fat, id rather just give up than have to go through another fat phase again. im anti-fat. the whole point of me working out is to be lean and muscular..muscle, muscle, muscle. not fat and bloated and small. sorry for complaining but obviously i aint got the genetics like ronnie coleman does otherwise i wouldnt be here.
 
since you are so worried about not gaining any fat, i would put money on it that you are not eating enough calories to grow
 
if i eat enough calories to grow, ill just get fuckin fat. thats my shitty body. i want to get big and lean at the same time or forget this shit altogether. im tired of killing myself for years FOR NOTHING.
 
You may think that you are working out hard, well you are not working out hard enough. You may think you have a good diet, well it probably is not very good. Reevaluate what you are doing, chicken breasts and oats are the diet of someone who wants to look like Paris Hilton. You need meat, eggs, fresh green vegetables, alot of them and eat often 6 to 8 meals a day. You need to get enough rest.
 
Don't forget your cardio. You have to keep your cardiovascular health up.
Eat more - train within your recovery abilities - keep yourself in overall good shape
 
huskyguy, actually i havent had chicken breasts in 2 weeks. just eggs, steaks, lean ground beef and protein powder for my protein sources. i was giving an example. i also have red potatoe with my red meat. i also eat green veggies like rommaine lettuce. i get good rest because i dont work in the mornings so i can sleep as much as i want. believe me im doing it all. im just not growing overall and my shoulders NEVER grow AT ALL.
