I got new 2ml syringes there the same as the old but the new ones hold less any idear

The markings on the barrel they both measure 2 ml but if u put them next to each other 2 ml on one only measures 1.7 ml on the other but there both 2 ml barrels same thickness

The widths are the same just the measurements on the side of the barrel don't match up

They are not the same size, but you can be sure they hold the same amount. Unless Less they are Chinese. We all know China is fucked up.

Probably metric syringes

Can you pull 2 cc of water in one and then squirt it into the other? That would tell you for sure if the graduations are off.

Inner diameter is what matters. I like DucBase's suggestion to verify for yourself.
