I have really bad chest tightness in my chest.

Hello guys, 6hours ago, I pinned my left delt with 2.2cc test/eq/npp. Injection looked perfectly clean. Yet there was little blood in the needle tip after have injecting all the oil. It was directly followed by a bothersome chest tightness. Short breath, hard time breathing, coughing when I took bigger breaths in, etc. Usually this goes away in 30minutes tops, but it has been over 6hours. So I am a bit worried. This has never happened to me before...

What is happening? I am still coughing, tightness is still there, short breaths taken, and I can't sleep because of it.

Any positive input would be great!

Normally, I would say that you just nicked a blood vessel when you were injecting and got some of the oil in there. But you get over that faster unless you also have a psychosomatic reaction. Haven't you had similar problems before? Are you prone to be anxious?

Anxious like nervous? Very much so yes, when it happened I was tripping I was trying everything to calm myself down. That was at 2:30am. Now it is 9am and I still feel it when I take deep breaths and I just want it to go away. I get so nervous that my Heart rate goes up

What would happen in the worth case scenario if I tell them I made an injection and now I have chest tightness.
