Thought i'd let you guys i went and gave blood today. This is something that i recommend you do every 3 months. It helps to keep your rbc from creeping into the danger zone.

Now although my blood was neon green, like plutonium and the woman doing the draw said that there was no way that i could be human, they still proceeded. I said, "your right, i'm not human, i am maximus"!!!!!!! And i told her that the american red cross should get ready for a lot more neon green blood, as the maximus epidemic has swept the nation and clients from all states will soon start donating superhuman blood. So get in there and give some of that blood and lets all get even healthier!

yes - I gave blood 2 months ago. I will go do it again soon!

I am O- so they want my blood! the blood bank calls all the time lol

thanks Chip!

I donate every 3-4 months. Good for me and good for others. I recommend it to all testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) participants.

ive suffered from high normal crit for quite a while. even with giving a pint religously every 2 months. then someone told me give the double red cell so i did. you can only do that every 4 months. went back to donate the other day and crit was at 16. a vast improvement over high 17's considering its only every 4 months

the only thing I hate about giving blood is that I am weak after donating. I cant go to the gym for at least 2 days after. My body needs a couple days to regenerate.

might be a dumb question. i never donated blood ever, do you they still accept your blood being on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or any other medication??

as an O+ they hound me for bloods. I just gave about 2 weeks ago.

I felt better after giving blood, even though I am not on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or anything else. I think its quite healthy. Which brings up some thinking about the old "blood letting" of the dark ages lol.
