I just got my "oil" changed today...

So why wouldnt an 18 year old man do this every 3 months to keep his rbc down? I thought testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) was normal and healthy and now there is more "maintenance"? What am I missing?

Testosterone levels lower at night in normal men, to what % I don't know. And many guys on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) are running high normal levels, which are similar to a young man with high natural test levels. Not every 18 year old has high normal test levels - in fact the average now is significantly lower than 60 years ago.

Well, prior to this thread I didn't even know there was a way to lower my hematocrit and rbc--they're both high--so I went ahead and donated blood this morning. The only prob I had was that no one here said anything about those blood suckers using a 16 gauge needle to draw. That mother was huge! :) And I thought an 18 gauge was big.

I like donating but my BP is really low and I can barely walk afterwards.... wonder if theres anything I can do to remedy this, I know it has lots of benifits

Thought i'd let you guys i went and gave blood today. This is something that i recommend you do every 3 months. It helps to keep your rbc from creeping into the danger zone.

Now although my blood was neon green, like plutonium and the woman doing the draw said that there was no way that i could be human, they still proceeded. I said, "your right, i'm not human, i am maximus"!!!!!!! And i told her that the american red cross should get ready for a lot more neon green blood, as the maximus epidemic has swept the nation and clients from all states will soon start donating superhuman blood. So get in there and give some of that blood and lets all get even healthier!

That.s classic :) It's funny but true which makes for a great :)
