today i joined the gym. im kinda happy to be back in that environment. I have a small home gym. i stoped going to the regular gym to work out at home. but, to me, it got a little depressing. there were no other people working out with me (not actually with me, just in my vicinity). im motivated by seeing other people working out, i never realized that that is where i got some of my motivation. even though at times people can be annoying, i rather be annoyed than at home staring at the walls in between sets.
anyways. i had one of my most awesome workouts. 1 hour of Legs first then 30min cycling and 30min treadmill. i had fun today. just wanted to share.
