I need a rebuild cycle! (Ulcerative colitis)

Hello everyone,
This is probably more aimed at the vets around here but- to give you a background on myself I was previously 240lb at14-15% bf aged 21 with 2 light cycles under my belt.
A year ago July I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis- a wasting disease- and lost 40lbs of muscle (if not more with fat trade off) in a matter of a month.

Being very demotivated by lifting high school weights again I stopped going for 8 months(stupid I know).

I then started again in March and brought myself back up to a not so amazing 220 (20%bf) and not eating overly well due to insane hours at my old job.

Once again I had another flare up at age 23 - this time losing 35 pounds. The weakest I have ever been sitting at 185 at the moment.(discharged from hospital today)

I want to know what the ideal stack would be for rebuilding a base and putting on 40 pounds of muscle- I am willing to do up to a 16 week cycle.
I would prefer it to be test e based as I do have 25ml of 250 left. And a couple of anadrol (although less important)

ANY help is appreciated, although please don't ridicule me for my age as my hormones are completely fucked from taking prednisone and other anti inflammatory steroid based cocktails over the past year and a bit.

Also, working with a dietician and naturopath so I'm set there.

Thanks!

EDIT: currently on 40mg of prednisone per day tapering down over next month or so

What's your treatment plan for the UC? Without properly treating that first, then every time you have a flare-up you're going to lose everything you've gained. Have you looked into LDN? I would highly recommend that you do and get off the prednisone and steer away from the anti-inflammatory drugs.

The treatment plan is still in progress. Having just been released today I have a follow up in 4 weeks at which point a more effect alternative to the previous medication will be given. The prednisone will be discontinued entirely.

LDN - Low Dose Naltrexone. I'm on LDN for a couple of issues myself and it really is worth a shot, it works by tricking the bodies immune system to fix itself. It's used in all manner of treatment of autoimmune diseases, of which UC is one.

dont think of it a debilitating my friend. i have a couple of clients who have UC and they do just fine.. one of them is actually a pro bodybuilder..

its just a bump in the road.. that's all it is.. work around it.. im sure your dietitian will know what to do

Its hard to not see it as a debilitating disease... but yes i can appreciate your advice on the viewpoint.

I know ulcerative colitis and chrons are different, but they are also similar.
does anyone have any insight or ideas as to weather anabolic use would leave me more susceptible to a flare up?
To be honest im very worried- we still dont know what causes them and i have allergies to everything under the sun(probably due to UC)
i want to have the weight on me so that if I do have another attack im not a bag of skin and bones.. or even worse- dead.
42lbs is a lot to lose in a matter of 4 weeks.

its also mentally frustrating going from being able to squat 515 to falling down the stairs because I cant hld my own weight.

I ve lost 35 pounds 3 x in 15 yr s from a career ending catastrophe, a drug over dose and prostrate cancer.

Keep your head up man. I do not know what you got but I know the human mind are miracles that only god could have built. Address this..get it in hand...then...we ll assist you with getting you back to where you want to be...
