I need a routine, I'm not being lazy, just new.

Im 40. When I was younger, 16-22, I worked out only 3 days per week. I was huge for my age. I stopped when children entered my world.

That being said, I am not being lazy, I looked through countless threads trying to find a routine I could follow that included weights at least 3 days a week.

I do 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week to lose weight. So far, I've lost 8 pounds.

Does anyone know of a simple routine I could follow. ie.
day 1- bench, incline, decline and ....
day 2- leg presses, squates, etc...
day 3- .....

Any links or places I can find set workouts?
I'm just trying to firm up, gain a little size, and just get stronger over all.

I' m new to forum, new to weighlifting, any help appreciated and sorry up front if this is out of line.
