I need an alternative to sandwhiches and eggs!

Every morning I have a bowl of oatmeal (which is fine) and 3 eggs w/ cheese and a piece of ham in them. The eggs I am sooo burned out on. It takes me about 20-30 min to eat them b/c I'm so sick of them. I eat little bits at a time until they finally dissapear. The eggs w/ cheese and ham are good for about 26g of protein and about 17g of fat. Is there anything else I can eat??

And I usually prepack 2 sandwhiches to take to work. Usually they're tuna, ham, or turkey. I am soo burned out on these too. Now I take a bite and I wanna throw it up. It's a strugle to get it down. Is there something else besdies sandwhiches that I can prepack that doesn't have to be heated up?

thanks

For me putting the eggs in a tortilla is enough of a change when I get burnt out(with the ham in your case). And to be honest when I get sick of my lunch I usually find a rewards system till I get over it.

Chicken salad sounds good but not very many carbs in lettuce though. Most people want low carbs but I'm trying to get bigger and need cals.

I'm also burned out on tuna fish, yuck! Anything to put in tuna for better taste besides mayo or mustard?

make whole grain pancakes with the eggs, make a huge batch and take em with you.

put some diet sirop in a small tupper wear roll the fuckers up, dip em and enjoy cold or hot

one tablespoon of red pepper paste with two packets of sweetner. that tastes so good. you can find the red pepper paste at korean groceries (not sure if other asian grocers have them). watch the type you get though because some of them have 35g of sugars. the one i get has 10g of carbs (6g of sugars i think)

Try relish, low sodium/sugar free if you need it. Use a TBSP of mayo if you want.
Horseradish is pretty good too, mix that with some mayo if you like it with a kick.
Breakfast, try blending oats, eggwhites and cottage cheese to make a batter for pancakes. (5 eggwhites, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup oats). Add cinnamon and a shot of vanilla or some other extract for flavor...That is a portion for me, you may want to double it :)

Baked sweet potato with some cinnamon and chicken. Spinach salad with chopped up chicken breast and bacon mustard dressing.

I could go on and on.....check out the recipe section. There's lots of great recipes there that might inspire you. :)

get something else instead of the sandwhich, go to the store and get some of thos $5 rotiseri chickens. They taste really good, full of protien and are cheap. Just dont eat the skin.

oh for breakfest I eat a protien bar/shake and an hour later have a bowl of oatmeal usaully with a a banana mixed in and follow that with some yogurt. Than another 45 min later Ill eat 4 whole eggs. This is in the first few hours after waking up.

pre-cook some chicken breast, turkey burgers, and hamburgers, ( fat content depends on what you select ) these are great to take with you. They are not that bad to eat cold if you have too. Cans of mixed veggies ( no salt added ) are good too.

i eat a lot of hamburgers , i buy the leanest meat possible and grill enough for several days . ive never figured the nutrient content [ i know i should ] but 2 large lean patties should be packed with protein .
you can do the same with chicken as well . also homemade burritos with extra lean ground meat are great , just make the burritos up without the meat in them and carry the meat in a microwaveable container after you warm the meat up just add it to the premade burrito and your all set .ps i use whole grain all wheat burito shells .

for carbs in the am: a paper plate sprayed w/cooking spray, 1/2-1 cup oatmeal, sprayed LIGHTLY w/water ( make sure its lightly wet all the way thru), cinnamon, molly mcbutter/butter buds to taste (usually 1/2 packet for me), 2 packets of splenda , coat the top w/cooking spray, then nuc it for 1-4 minutes. this is gooood! like a sweet granola bar. the final result should be crunchy.
