i'm fat and out of shape. plain and simple. i can't seem to find a focus and it's just getting worse. i'm 35, 5'10" and weigh in at 273. most in my stomach. i play hockey once a week and that just isn't enough. i've trained in the gym before and seem to put on mass/gain strength fairly easily (im strong, just fat...). icrgrrl suggested i post to the generl population here for advise and maybe the axx kicking i need to get motivated again. my goal is to be as fit as possible, maybe not for competition cuz im training hockey but i've always wanted to be massive in a muscular way, not just a pudge. any and all help would be greatly appreciated. respond to this thread, pm me or email. i know you support each other and i hope you'll help me too.
