I need some advice - newbie PLEASE HELP

Hi guys,

I have been training for just on a year now. I am not one aiming to have really low bodyfat percentage, just within the healthy range but just a bulky look. After 7 months of training I gave GHRP-6 a run for 7-8 weeks in order to put on some serious size. I have since lost most of this size (muscle and bodyfat).

I am looking to give steroids a go to put on some serious size and strength.

My stats are:

5'11-6'0
82Kgs
18.5% bodyfat

Im looking for advice on what I should take being a novice to roids, how and what I should stack.

BTW dont just tell me to just diet and exercise, im doing that already. I just want to be prepared when i get to the point to do em.

Any help would me greatly appreciated

How old are you?

If you have only been in the gym for 7 months then you need to put more time in to reach your natural potential. Then run a cycle.

If I were a smart you I would train for at least 2 more yrs and learn how to get the most out of my diet and sups. even with gear you may put on 20 lb but you will lose most of it because you don't know how to train. I have been training for 15+ yrs, I am a personal trainer and I am still learning new ways to train.


If your hell bent on doing a cycle the for a first cycle just run test for 12 weeks. Go read up on test e and the diet and training forum and come back to this tread with a solid foundation. Your questions then will determine what kind of help I give you.

I know this is not what you want to hear but its what you need to hear...

Thanks for the help, im trying to improve diet a lot. Its generally 10 times better than it has ever been. Eating a lot leaner and more veggies etc, low-fat choices etc.

What type of test is best?

Hey man. It's good you are willing to take some advice. The truth is, you are too young to take steroids. If you think you have some more growing to do, then stay away from them. Steroids will close your growth plates permanently and you will stop growing. Growth plates close naturally at the age of 25.

You said you want other advice rather than this, but to accomplish your goals, you need diet and exercise, period. At 19, you can achieve things with diet and exercise very easily. 18% bodyfat is also too high to start steroids anyway. It will lead to more side effects. You should be under 15%. Preferably 10% - 12%. I still tell people what they should do even if they are not ready for steroids incase they are ignorant and hurt themselves, so your first cycle should be Test E at 500mg a week for 12 weeks. Inject 250mg every Mon and Thurs. Have proper post cycle therapy (pct) on hand. Research it.

You should atleast wait a couple of years before cycling. During that time, research as much as you can about steroids, post cycle therapy (pct), how to inject and take care of yourself properly, etc.

Yer im not looking to do them within the next little while. Thanks i didnt realised that I should be down around 10-12% for roids, but that will definetly be something for me to aim for.

Could anyone point me in the right direction for a good write up on the 5x5 regime? I am really interested in finding out how to get some mean size results, because ive used 2 different routines and am not getting the results I want (although getting them, just not as good and as quick).
