i need some help

hey guys my name is james and im having some trouble with the cycle i am currently running.

in the begginning
5-9 184
week 1 gained 2 pounds
week 2 gained 5 pounds
week 3 gained 6 pounds
week 4 gained 6 pounds
week 5 gained 6 pounds
week 6 lost a pound
week 7 lost a pound

i am currently on week 8 of my cycle at 207 pounds, whenever i get up to around 210 i can never break it. i am currently running at 16 week cycle of
mon- 1cc test enth 1 cc fina acetate 1 drol
tues- 1 drol
weds- 1 cc sust 1 cc fina acetate 1 drol
thurs- 1 drol
fri- 1 cc test enth 1 cc fina acetate 1 drol

i also take 1mg arim everyday and vitamins fish oils, all the goods but it seems like ive hit a wall, nothings changed from week to week my diets even consisted of more food

DIET
6 am - 4 eggs scrambled 1 bowl of oatmeal 2 pieces of brown toast (no butter) glass of OJ

8am- protein bar (23 grams) 1 buttered multigrain bagel, apple, banana

11am- 10 ounce chicken, cup of rice, orange

2pm- 8 ounce steak, rice or potatoes mashed

5pm- Dinner (my only free meal)

8pm (after gym) protein bar and shake + (left overs from dinner)

10pm (before bed) casein shake



i follow that diet everyday but sunday and have been since the beggining
the gear im running is very good stuff but im looking for help on how to take it passed 210, if anyone could help please give me some feed back. im 23 years old and this is my 4th cycle run
Im open to try new stuff for the last 8 weeks of my cycle and my goal is to hit atleasst 225, idealy 230!.. thank you!

Sounds like that diet had enough calories to get you to 207-209 and that is it. Up the intake 500-750 calories a day and the weight will jump right over that mark. When you get stuck again do the same. Also if you can take whole food rather than a protein bar it will help you more.
 
thanks for the advice ill try and up it... the protein bars feel like something nice to hold me over after the gym when i dont feel like eating a full meal, i get rediculous pumps and right after the gym the last thing i wanna do is crush a full meal for atleast a little while, but ill give it a shot! thank you
 
thats the best time to crush down a meal!! for me it is anyway!! i pound back a shake right after working out!! and then stuff my face full of food withing half hr of leaving the gym!!
 
YOU GOTTA " EAT BIG TO GET BIG! " try to take in about 6,000-8,000 calories a day, thats what i do and it works well give it a try. i wish you luck for the rest of your cycle. perhaps you can take more drol 75-100mgs a day
 
Remember food is what makes you a stud or a dud!! Up your cals and cut those bars out and eat real meals.
 
rookie question.. is there a "best time" to be taking my drols or arimidex ? ive heard drols right before workout and arim right before bed but just looking for some clarification... thats how ive been taking it but open for new things of course..
