I spewed for the first time

I was doing deads at the gym. Last week I could feel a bit of bile coming up my throat after an intense set, today I had to duck out to the loo and hurl my guts up
I finally feel like a man :druggie:

Can't imagine that's a good thing . . . .I never ONCE had the urge to vomit when doing ANY exercise.

How soon had you eaten before you did all this? I might be a breathing issue . . . . . .

NICE!!! If you don't puke, you're not pushing yourself hard enough. I usually puke doing cardio. I haven't yet reached that level when lifting. I will get there soon though.
 
iv come close so many times mostly during squates though, but deads do have there place. Its a gratifying feeling in a sick way
 
yup. brings a tear to my eye.

squats normally get me esp if its 10 reps or higher. i have puked off a 1 repper though.
 
If you haven't puked lifting, you haven't truly pushed yourself yet. No, the idea is not to lift until you puke, but high rep squats and deads done with 100% intensity WILL make most trainees without EXTREMELY high conditioning puke--PERIOD!
