I wanna Juice for football

Bryan do what you think is right. DOn't think steroids is the only way to success. If you work hard you will be the best you can be. Think about it you are putting hormones in your body in which you don't produce. Sometimes it can lead to impotence and liver and kidney failures. Think twice bro. You don't want to dies do you. YOu got to research before you do it,and learn about the side effects

Losing some weight will make you faster. Creatine is supposed to help your sprints. If you want it bad enough you can do it bro. If i was still playing football and someone forced me to use aas, it would either be halotestin or anavar.

lol, i was on the boards for 2 years before i ever touched anything, and with exception of a little acne, i have never had a side affect to speak off.

Massive sex drive is not a side effect? :p

Seventh. At 245 lb and your only benching 175. Do you see whats wrong with this picture. At your age and weight that needs to be much closer 315. Just a question on my part: How the hell are you pushing tackles out of the way??? You don't have any upper body strength.

Good post, agree with most of it, except the strength part. I have seen many line man who just have raw explosion and technique with only mild strength. However, I do believe he can benefit from gaining more strength, but that doesn't mean he isn't pushing tackles out of the way.

Bro. If you are that good, you need to get with a good strength and conditioning coach. At your age, there is NO reason why you cannot reach your goals if you apply yourself. Your workout routine can definately use some help. There are different ways of working out for different goals i.e. strength, speed, leaning out, sculpting etc...

You should be on other sections of the board researching how to: train, diet, and lift. Your strength is definately lower than it should be for your size.

I do not believe you are ready for steriods and it sounds like you are looking for a easy way out...

I Just finished up my last season with a very successful D-1 program and let me tell you that strength is a very key element in your success as a football player. I played D-End in High School at 6'4" 265lbs but I was naturally stronger than most people my age and excelled in the weight room. It was not untill my third year in college that I started to take steriods and I started out with Sustanon 250 for 8 weeks using 250mg every week except week 4 and 5 where I took 500mg. So I only used 10ml. I gained 20lbs and some good strength. I also had no side effects either. I would suggest sustanon as a begginer steriod because it worked so well for me. On the other hand different people react differently so you may not be as lucky. You are also a 3-4 years younger than I was when I started. I was 20. This could cause problems. Also remember that being strong will not garauntee that you go to college for football. You also must perform!!! If it was me I probaly would have done it if I didn't know that I was going D-1 and I thought it would help me.

Thats what I told him. He won't listen he is thick headed. HE wants the easy way out like you said...

If someone is only looking for the easy way, well guess what - there IS NO EASY WAY. If you cant put up with the work then just give up now. I didn't take anything until I was 26 and I weighed nowhere near what (original poster) did when I was in high school and I benched more than that at 15 when I was a measly 155 pounds.

You need to work brother. If you want speed, you need to drop that massive bit of bodyfat and water retention you are carrying, dead weight does not = speed. Speed = Ben Johnson, ripped and muscular.

too young!!

Eat alot of protien, take some creatine, maybe and ECA stack, and train hard and you'll do great!!!
Good Luck!!!

I agree. Sounds like you havn't been hitting the weights hard enough. I knew a lot of kids on my team in HS that were big, talented, but didn't lift like they should have. Guess what they're NOT doing in college right now?? I wanted to juice in HS but now 4-5 years later I'm glad I didn't. #1 reason....cuz I didn't know shit about them. I still don't know everything but I know a WHOLE lot more now then I did before and am still learning. I got my biggest gains my Jr year in HS through my Fresh year in college naturally. You just gotta live in the weight room bro. Work on your hands and speed too. At 6'4" 245 a D-1 school might look at you as a TE before DL. Take some of the advice given here on this thread. Good luck to you.

WTF is this some kinda joke!?

you're 245 lbs. and you squat 275 and only bench 175. Dude seriously, you need to work on your conditioning and strength base before you juice. Trust me it aint that hard when you're a teenager. You still got a while b4 next season starts trust me you can gain good strength and speed without steroids in that amount of time.

This should help you. Get off your lazy ass and GET SMART and train hard without the gear. God, its kids like you that really piss me off.

I think its too late to do anything as a Defensive Lineman, You may opt instead to do a cycle and really try and work on agility and speed. You are a good size but I would try and see if your coach could move ya to LBer. Plus if your team sucks its hard to draw attention from scouts. Also they tend to look at previous years. So either put on 60lbs and knock people out on the line as a DL-man. Or cut up and put on some size and speed and tackle anything that moves as a LBer.

At my high school we had "pussy" football players and our big guys were doing well into the 300s, we were the nerd school. I think its a bit late to look at anything even modestly safe to start spanking some 400# bench pressing action, youd rip your body to shit even attempting it.

I think your plain just out of shape brother.

i just think he is going to do it anyways. teammates telling him waht he wants to hear will win out everyday over faceless names giving him the right way to do things. just my opinion.

Not to make you feel bad or anything, but when I still played HS football, I was a weak SOB. I quit after my junior year, at which point I maxed out at 215 natty. By the second semester of my senior year, training on my own, I was maxing 325, still natural. YOU DO NOT NEED STEROIDS.
