I want to take anavar, but what to see what girls who take it look like?! HELP!!!

Ive been thinking of taking it @10mg for 6weeks during my bulk. I'm doing my first bikini comp next year and still have a lot of size to add on my legs.
Can any of you that take it or have taken it describe your result or maybe attach a picture so i can see what kind of effect i can be expecting. i don't want to see too much size added, I'm sure it won't add too much. but it will put my mind at ease seeing other girls who have taken it and what they look like

also how do you ensure that the var is real and not another steroid like tbol? i have seen a pack sold in my gym, it was a closed blue pack, not a bottle, of 100tab of 10mgs, made in germany i think. the pills felt really small.
 
Please Help guys! I'm 5'11 67kg, leanish. on around 2450 during this bulk. I'm still skinny though i haven't got great shoulder like the bikini competitors have, i feel its because of my height, i find it hard to add size, especially to my legs
 
My wife was on two anavar cycles getting ready for npc bikini comp. It did not bulk her up it made her muscles super hard and really vascular. The cycle prior to the show she was in anavar and injectable winstrol, she was too cut for the comp and finished 4th. The girl that won barely had any definition at all, so something to consider. But she took 10mg ed split in two. Great results for sure.
 
I would recommend starting at 5mg/day and increase to 10mg if need be. You will certainly notice some strength gains with the Anavar, but as far as legitimacy, know and trust your source. Do some research on the product or brand that you have available; don't just buy the first bottle of Anavar that pops up.

Also, I would recommend reading up on a product called Primobolan (it comes as an oral or injectable). Many women really like this product, due to the mild side effects and great gains. If you have any questions, send me a PM.
 
thanks for answering! i really want to take it, I'm just very scared ill get fake var and get sides! did she have any problems? would she take it again or recommend it? did it help with strength
 
Careful, bikini is more about your shape and femininity than size or definition. I know a few gals that compete in NPC, and none of them push for abs or a great deal of muscularity.

If you want that kind of look, I advise you look more into physique than bikini. That bracket tends to score women higher that have a lower body fat and greater size/definition.

i agree... if her diet is right she should look fine for bikini...

but she would be moving over into figure at some point if she continued
 
Can you post some pic's. I just don't think you need to Chance using any steroids. Your going to want to have kids some day and your health is too important. You have so mush time. Dial you diet in. Your calorie count is way low if your looking for size. You need to learn how to eat to grow. There are safe alternatives that will give the 10 -15 pounds in 6 months.

I competed in 2 shows completely natural. Placed 1st in NGA, and 4th in NPC. I decided to up my game and started a Var cycle. for my 3rd and 4th shows I Placed 1st and 1st. I was almost too muscular for bikini though, IMO. My coach didn't want me to pick up a weight before going onstage because I had plenty of definition without pumping up. For me, I didn't have any sides whatsover, but that's not saying you won't. Everyone is different, and I trained harder than I'd ever trained 2 1/2 hours per day, 6 days a week for 16 weeks. It was hard work, but I felt better than I had with my first two preps. I recovered quickly, and I feel like I did have a boost with the Var. Also, if your intention is to go into the IFBB, then yes, you will need to up your game and use AAS, in order to compete with those girls. But if you just want to play around with a show or two, then there really is no reason to use AAS. I put on a great deal of muscle completely natural with a good clean diet and HEAVY lifting and consistency.
